After you add a new client you need to assign a field tech and service day/s to your client location.

To do this go to Scheduler > Unassigned. You may click on the location ID, view icon or assign icon.

There are two separate sections of the assign view: the initial cleanup and recurring cleanup section.

Initial cleanup section is optional and you may leave it blank if you wish to skip the initial cleanup

Here you need to set a service start date, service days and a field tech. It is possible to assign different techs to different service days and with commercial clients it is possible to assign multiple techs to a single job.

The service start date does not need to match service days. It only means that the first job will be auto created on the first service day after the selected date.

You may also update the estimated cleanup time.

Assign tech and service days to a client

When you assign a client on bi-weekly (every other week) subscription make sure to choose the correct service week (odd or even week).

When you assign a client on once a month or two times a month subscription make sure to choose the correct service week (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th week).
